Our Programs

Our programs are funded by Skilling Queenslanders for Work - a Queensland Government initiative. These programs are designed to support individuals in the community through training opportunities to gain skills relevant to be successful in gaining ongoing employment and starting a career.   

Work Skills Traineeships

  • Hospitality

  • Business

  • Conservation and Ecosystem Management

Employs Queensland job seekers for up to 6 months on projects that benefit the community. Participants will complete a Certificate I in Workplace Skills, Conservation and Ecosystem Management, or Hospitality.

Community Work Skills

  • Certificate lll Individual Support

  • Certificate lll Early Childhood and Care

Assists Queensland job seekers and those under-employed to gain nationally recognised skills and qualifications up to a certificate III level.

Community Foundation Skills

  • Foundation Skills

Assists Queenslanders with low-level language, literacy, numeracy and digital (LLND) skills to gain the knowledge and confidence to participate successfully in a modern knowledge economy.

Get Set for Work

  • Certificate ll Retail

  • Certificate ll Hospitality

Provides intensive employment and training assistance over a 12-month period to young Queenslanders disengaged from school, aged 15–19 years.
